Default Battery Charger Question

Currently have a minn kota 330D battery charger (3 bank, 10a per bank) but I am looking to upgrade batteries for next year. I was looking at trying 4 Trojan 105(6v) to power my 24v trolling motor, but I noticed on the minn kota site they specify 40-130Ah batteries. The Trojan are listed as 225Ah/20h

Now, should I go ahead, would I risk damaging the batteries or the charger? Or would it just take a lot longer for the charge cycle to finish?

Any input would be appreciated!

Update: Called minn kota and they said there would be zero problems. The only possible issue is their digital chargers will automatically switch into top up mode after 24hours, so the guy I spoke to said if I have a large, heavily drained bank I may end up having to unplug/replug the charger.

Update #2: Went with 4 Trojan 125 6V, for 240ah/20hour. The battery compartment was only setup for 2 batts. but I was *just* able to squeeze in the 4. The Minn kota 3 bank charger works great for the setup. I use 1 bank each to charge two of the 6v, and the third bank charges the isolated electronics battery.
