Does anybody know if this in-hull ducer is 50/200hz?

I believe that the 5 in the 520 designation means 50 KHz and the 20 means 200 mHz. I don't know what the letters IH mean but I do believe the D at the end means that is has, or should have, a 10-pin plug.

Yes Thom, you are right about the 50/200. I found a website in the wee hours today that noted that. I do belive that the "IH" stands for "in hull". You educated me on the "D" being 10-pin. Thanks, I guess I'm ready to make a purchase.(furuno600l,520ihd,splitter cable,temp.sensor).
By the way,For anyone interested, Furuno's rebate runs from March till June, I belive.
