Default ACR vs. NAT epirb

does anyone have any comments in comparison of the ACR vs. the NAT (northern airborne technology, http://www.nat-inc.com/) epirbs? they look exactly the same and have the same features. a local electronics shop recommended the NAT over the ACR as a more commercial grade unit...with a larger price tag, also.

thanks.
