I've seen these things and was wondering if anyone 'round here is using them. The ones I am talking about are where you plug your AM/FM lead from the radio and the VHF lead from that radio into a single junction that then runs one coax to a VHF antenna.

Do they work? Findings, opinions, complaints? Let's hear it!

I have the Shakespeare version. Works good ecept last year I was having a problem where the FM wouldn't get a signal if I turned the VHF on first.

Got one too, seems to work fine. I never have put a watt meter on it to see what it reflects and what it passes, but i seem to get out OK and the FM works well.

Had one. Used the 8 foot Shaky antenna for my stereo and VHF.

Much better reception now once I installed a Digital 4-foot AM/FM antenna.

Got one, works great, FM stations 50 plus miles off shore. The only thing that I have noticed is that since I have installed it, if I have a CD in and key the VHF, I loose volume on the CD while the mike is keyed. Don't know why?
