Default One for the record books

Okay this has got to be a first. I installed a new electronics suite in a boat and was testing everything. All went well till I got to the WHAM wireless microphone for a Uniden Polaris secondary radio. It worked fine, but when I held the TX button down for more than 4 or 5 seconds to test the clarity, the stereo started blasting Ozzie Osbourne. Now that is weird enough but it gets better. The faceplate was not installed on the stereo head unit!

Go figure.

Kman

Edit:

Radio channel that played: 95.5 MHz
Link from WHAM to Uniden: 900MHz
Stereo did not come on with regular microphone or with the primary radio (ICOM 502).
Did not try the WHAM with the stereo's faceplate on...yet.

Kurt,

That would go nicely with the fillings in my molars which allow me to listen to the weather channel 24 hours a day - unfortunately from a staton in Kansas City ....
