Default want to buy - Standard Horizon RAM mic

on my new-to-me boat, I have a Horizon Spectrum VHF at the helm with a RAM mic on the bridge; Standard says my RAM is unrepairable. Anyone have a RAM mic they want to sell?

Is this something that is no longer being made (an obsolete model)?

You can buy new SH RAM mics at any marine electronics dealer.

I have both Standard Horizon and an Icom Command mics (actually 1 of each, long story) -- both new in the box if I recall. Have to check after work and will email you with a price I'll let it go for.

Unfortunately, the Original RAM Mic CMP23 released to market in 1998 is no longer available. We still have the capability to fix existing CMP23 RAM mics, please contact Standard Horizon Marine Product Support if you have any questions. 800-767-2450 M-F 7am-5pm PST.

I've got a CMP-25W and an ICOM HM-162SW. Will email you separately.

Thanks PropBlast.

Mr. Kennedy, sent mine to Standard for repair; told mine was not repairable. Rec'd "loyalty bucks" instead.

Do you still have the Horizon CMP 25W? Do you think it would be compatible/a replacement for the 23W?

I had a problem with a CMP-23w...Got a new one off E-bay, it didn't work..SH thought it might be the harness..Not so, turned out the problem was with the Radio...they fixed and now working fine..So be sure it is the mic..
