Default Garmin 168 Transducer

Hi Guys,

I have a transom mount that gives up over 20kts. Suggestions welcome.........

Check out these pictures in my album. This is an Airmar P66 ducer for a Garmin 240 Blue. She holds at 50+ mph. It is probably your angle. Notice in the pictures how the back of the ducer is tilted down. This prevents turbulence, which produces air bubbles.
