Default Subwoofer under forward seating

I'm putting a new stereo system in an Intrepid 37. It looks like to get 2 JL 10" subs in, I'm going to have to put them under the forward seating. Any suggestions on how this should be done? Also do I need infinite baffle or not? Here's the rest of the setup I'm planning on using:

3 pairs JL 7.7
Fusion IP600
JL MHD 600/4
JL MHD 750/1

not familiar with the boat layout, but here's some advice re: the subwoofer. Each subwoofer has a set of design specs that you should follow. Some are OK in a free air installation, others will overdrive in such an installation and should be in a confined (acoustic suspension) air tight enclosure. Check the particular driver you are using and size the enclosure appropriately. If you don't know how to do this, contact the manufacturer or check the paperwork with the woofer. is a good resource.

The JL's you are going to use are free air - cut the hole and bolt them in place. Under the front settee is the std place to put them on an Intrepid.
