Can a stern mounted transducer be epoxed to the Hull of the boat. What happens to my 10 year Hull warr if I do drill it?

Default RE: Can a Transducer Be Glued to the Hull

in most cases, you can "epoxy" a transducer to the inside of your hull and use it as a shoot thru the hull transducer. Of course you speed readings will be the speed of the water in your bilge going past the sensor and you will be reading the temperature of that water. You can test out the performance by putting the transducer on a plastic bag with water and bracing it in place.
