What gauge wire?

Default What gauge wire?

is suited for accesories? chartplotter, radar, vhf, etc???

Strictly determined by amperage & voltage!
Read the requirements in the manual, and go by their recommendation, or you would risk your electronics.

Check out the West Marine web page and go to the "West Advisors" section look under electrical and then under Marine Wire. It tells you how to figure out what you need for various amp draws and lengths of wire run

Also do a search on this site - there are several threads about this

NMEA wire should be 24 AWG. Can't address power and other cables because they draw different power....eg. a winch and radio take much more power than your LCD GPS...

If your talking the power wires for them, and they are all 5 or 6' or less, then use 14gauge and you'll be just fine.
