Default How to wire battery switch(es)

What is the best way to wire battery switch(es) for a boat with twin outboards and two batteries?

I would like to have it set up so that when I leave the boat the electrical system is off, except to the bildge pumps, fore and aft.

I'm re-doing the electrical system, and would like to add between the switch(es) and the rest of the electrical sytem, a main breaker too.

Thanks,
Scott K.

Jetmech,

Thanks, I realized I could go to the Perko site after I posted. I appreciate the post.

Thanks,
Scott K.

PS - nice boat!
