Try Consumers Marine, Icom 402 or Icom 502, best for the potatoes.

I just replaced my ICOM M45 with a new Standard Horizon Spectrum. Very pleased with it and would not buy another ICOM.
Boatfix will give you the best advise and price.

If you a looking for just a cheap radio look at the JRC 200.

You should be able to get one for less than a $100

At any of the online places.

www.bethel-marine.com
www.byownergroup.com
www.brokenlegdave.com

They should all have them.
