MapTech Contour 3-D

I think the 3-D contour maps of the ocean would be great for fishing. Anyone using them?

Also, as I understand it, I cannot get MapTech software into my Garmin 2010C. I would have to view the MapTech on a PC screen. Is this correct? If this is the case, is there another program that has the contour 3_D maps that I could get onto a Garmin chip?
many thanks,

MapTech Contour 3-D
It is a cool product, but take a close look at it. I've seen it and I decided not to get it b/c I'm not sure the bottom detail is good enough for "finding" spots?? It can only run on a PC and that is also a concern for an open console boat. Another option, you can order Bathy paper/pc charts for you area.

RE: MapTech Contour 3-D
Maptech now offers a marine unit for navigation, radar, communications, and weather. This includes the Contour 3D Charts, along with official NOAA charts and aerial images in color. It has touch-screen operation. It looks interesting...
