I've got mine hooked up. Just connect the C120 NMEA out to the ICOM 502A NMEA in. Press and hold the POS switch on the ICOM for 1 second to show the position.

Hi:

It should be transmit ( yellow out) from the GPS to the NMEA + (Receive) of the radio and ground (brown) from the GPS to ground or NMEA- of the radio.
The NMEA In connector of the ICOM is the red one, and the + is the inside of the RCA connector and the - is the shell of the RCA connector.

Good luck,
LC

OK, I figured it out. Just info here if anyone else wants to know. Connect the wires just as Iciummo stated above. Then turn off the NMEA ouput sentence RMC on the C120. Now everyting sould work correctly.

What Harry said. I was able to get my C-120 to output position to my 502 with only one phone call to customer service.
