Default Transfering Waypoints

Hi guys, I just ordered a 4210 from BOE and I've got a couple of questions:

1) Is there any way to transfer my waypoints on the old Garmin 182 I currently have to an SD card (or some other method) so I can download them onto my 4210?

2) What do I want for an SD card and where do I get one?

Thanks

Morning Fred .....

Here's what yo need to do.

First you'll need to purchase the following items.

These are listings from BOE

1. Card Reader:

2. Memory card:

Jim Has these too.

3. Waypoint and Trip Manager (Jim has this) so you can transfer your data from your 182c memory stick to your 4210 SD card

4. You can get an SD memory card (min 128 mb)at Staples or Office Depot

5. Here's the process to format your SD card and transfer data. Watch the two videos.

Tom, Does it make any difference that my unit is the regular monochrome 182 and not the 182c?

Thanks for all your help!

Oops, I just noticed that page in my 182 manual. Looks like it will work fine. BIG THANKS! I wasn't looking forward to transfering all of those waypoints to paper and then onto the 4210.
