Default need help Clarion weatherproof 7" boat speakers

Where is the best place to purchase round Clarion waterproof speakers. Online or locally in Orlando. I believe they are 7" speakers but they maybe 6.5". Replacing the ones in the boat as they have had it. Do you measure the speaker basded on the outside grill or remove grill to measure? Thanks for you help.

Do yourself a big favor and do what I did. Replace them with JL audio. You will thank me later. Take a long look here at the may speaker discussions and see where the JL's stack up in comparison. GlenE convinced me to buy my set and I have convinced many others to do the same. Give SWFLNavigation a call and prepare for a much better sound system in your boat.

What is the product number? What speakers are they replacing? Can you return them?

Does JL make the same size speaker and will it work okay with the Clarion cd/radio head unit?

I agree with Glen E their highs and mids are junk I have three sets of clarions on my boat and I wouldn't feel right even giving them away. They don't sound bad new, they just don't last at all. Their electronic on the other hand are pretty nice though and will take some weather. I'm going to second the Infinity's or JL's.
