Connecting Dock Side Power

Default Connecting Dock Side Power

What is the safest proceedure. Plug in dockside then the boat..or visa versa. I am putting power to a Guest battery charger. thanks.

Plug in the boat, then the dock, the turn the power on at the dock (if it is switchable) and lastly turn the power on the boat. If you plug in the dock first and the cord fall in and is on you may kill someone.
