Default SMB connector- and cheap Imported GPS antennas

I have a lowrance Lms 160 with the matching lowrance gps antenna on a pole mount. The problem I'm having is that when the antenna was removed from a previous boat the smb connector was cut off and I am having a hard time finding another locally. I have seen some on Ebay that are imported and take like a month to get but I have also seen some of the import antennas that look relatively inexpensive with the smb connector on them. I would really like to find a connector and fix what I have but has anybody had any experience with the cheap no name gps antennas you can buy online?

No experience with the cheap no-names, but if you want to order a connector, I have had good luck with:
