Default Lowrance Combo Question

Hi, just had the combo LMS 525 C DF installed . The navigation arrow button at the top of the unit which moves up, down, l, right for the cross hairs or within the menus must be pushed really hard for it to move the c/hairs, or within the menu. Anyone else experience this...defect? Way to correct it?

Other than that it is a great unit for my needs. But it will be a pain if I have to uninstall and return.

Thanks for any help with this sitz.

I just finished installing one in my boat yesterday and the arrow buttons are slightly harder to push than the other buttons on the unit for me, but I when I went to look at the display models at Cabelas, all the Lowrances were like that.

Thanks PF. Got mine at BassPro. Talked to the salesman today and he told me to bring the head unit in. I checked local West Marine and the display they had differed greatly from my "arrow" pointer. I think I got a defective one, but will see what happens at BP and report back. Other than this hiccup I love the unit...so far.
