mixed signals

Default mixed signals

Can running 2 different sounders at the same time cause a problem I have a fcv 585 furuno and was going to run a interphase forward looking sonar at the same time would this cause any problems could it damage either unit.

You can run as many as you want as long as they are all different frequencies.

It will not damage the unit--but since most are 200 mhz transducers there will be interference--at least if the beams are hitting the same area. I can run a 200, 83 and 50 without interference--but the 200 is better for shallow soundings.
