Default Electrical pillar for dock

Greetings. I need to replace my electrical/water pillar at my dock. Any suggestions on manufacturers, components needed (i.e. hook ups features etc). This is for a private dock behind my house so I don't need electrical meter or water meter as I will run both services straight from my house. Also, any suggestions on where to buy in South Florida (i.e. best deal). Thanks.

Eaton makes several models. I installed the Lighthouse modelfive years ago and it is still going strong. You can have the pedestals configured with multiple outlets and amperages however you want. I have one 50 amp receptacle, one 30 amp receptacle, two 20 amp outlets, and water.

I have the plastic version; there is also a stainless steel version. The Hatteras model is not quite as fancy. I bought mine directly from Eaton over the phone. Their sales and support staff were great. The pedestalsare not cheap but the quality is excellent.
