Default Raymarine customer service S1000 AP

Could not get my S1000 to work. After trying a million options that were recomended by THT, and Raymarine I was at a standstill. Finally had to send the unit back. After a week turnaround I got the unit back. The unit was bad and had two circuits replaced, along with new software installed. OK, Great........ paperwork states that: with the new software I will not be able to use the auto learn feature in the current manual. I will be able to download the "new" manual in a COUPLE OF WEEKS, or call and they will send me a manual. Called Raymarine, and nobody knows what I am talking about, and someone tells me "I'll call you right back"... That was 2 days ago. If the manual is "new", how would I have it? and why didn't they just send me it when they sent the unit back to me? What am I supposed to do for the next COUPLE OF WEEKS with an AP and no directions?

I'll Make a few calls today and find out what is going on- PM me the unit SN. Worst case, I'll be down your way next week, and I'll seatrial it with you.
