Default sport fisher stereo setup

looking for suggestions for a stereo setup for a 41' sport fisher
1987 egg harbor.
I was hoping to have one head unit located in salon, with wired
remote for flybridge helm. Speakers for flybridge, cockpit and salon.
That sounds like it might be too much for one unit to handle....

Was hoping I might be able to get some guidelines - how to accomplish this
or if there might be a better combo. Maybe to keep seperate systems,
one for flybridge cockpit 'outside' combo and maybe a seperate system for
the salon? Could one amp handle this 6 speaker set up- no sub woofer, just
regular 2 or 3 way speakers.

Looking for suggestions and recommendations ... any details would be welcome.

the JL 6 ch audio amp sounds like what you need - there is the best that money can buy - many of us swear by them

it sounds like you want to be able to adjust the volume in three seperate places. i would go with a 2 channel amp, and use weatherproof impedance matching volume controls at each location. this way you set the volume on your cd player up to a certain level. then just go to each area of the boat and adjust the volume right there.

thats how ive done it on the large boats that i work on, and it works out best for the customer. (easy to use) i do recommend that you go with a JL amp like glen mentioned.

Thanks guys,

I was eyeballing that 6 channel from JL Audio...
I am kinda confused about how the head unit would
control the extra set of speakers? Normal 2 sets of
rca jacks but how do you control that 3rd pair of speakers?

Was also wondering if you guys could recommend a decent
head unit that has a wired remote available with it. Head Unit would be
inside so not necessarily just marine. Need a really capable
remote to control from flybridge.

Thanks for your help.
