Default Lowrance 350A

Guy wants to sell me a Lowrance LMS 350A in great shape at a very low price. Is this 2001 unit worth buying considering the GPSs of today?

It may be worth $50-100, but you really must want the old technology instead of a color GPS map

I had a 350a back in 1994. I can not see why anyone would use one today.

I had a 350A in the late 90's. It was a good unit, but I would buy current so you can use current navionics chips.

2001 make! Yeah for sure not a lot has changed with GPS since 2001, what has changed is the user interfaces that make use of the GPS. For the right money no problem.

It a good starting unit. I had this unit a couple of boats ago and it worked great. If you want to jump in with both feet, go color with chip capability. Jack

Heck, No!
I had one for years and it was great for it's time. I recently replaced it and gave it away. ZACK!

I enjoyed mine also.
If the price is right get it.
It reads bottom and has good basic navigation.
Easy to operate but I would not pay more than 50 or so.
