Default Bluechart Bathymetric Charts - Do they have MapsUnique Type Data?

Does anyone have any familiarity with these charts? Do they include all (or most) of the wrecks / live bottom / etc. that a MapsUnique chart would include?

Thanks!

Daniel

From what I have seen, they will give you all of the artificial reefs, wrecks, hazards, nav aids etc. But they don't have live bottom numbers like the Maps Unique. In fact, I just spent my morning pluggin Maps Unique #'s into my GPS.

Looks like a trip to Haddrel's

I hear that. 2.5 hours this morning plugging in Ledge routes and they are calling 30 knots and 15 footers this weekend....GREAT!

Seriously though, the bluechart is nice. I actually have the C-Map Max chart, but same basic info. The Bathymetric lines can be very helpful offshore.

I have the Bluechart Bathy's for the East coast and West coast of Florida. They are great for finding bottom contour but the wrecks they have marked are not very accurate.

I caught fish on 2 new to me spots last week using the contours.
