Ok, So I have a humminbird Matrix 12 fishing system and I would like to attach my Garmin Etrex Venture GPS to it. On the Humminbird website there are two cables and Im not quite sure which one I should get.
I have the serial cable to attach my gps to the computer, do I get this cable-----

Or Do I have to get this one-------

My first guess would be the $40 one listed second since it names your specific hand-held.

The first one would require a NMEA output on the GPS, which I do not think is there on your particular model.
