Default Airmar Tilted Element Transducer

I just got my transducer from Jim at BOE. This is a heavt duty piece. From the pics on their site and some other posts I wasnt expecting anything this solid. The mounting flange had been questioned before, but it is more then enough in my eyes. I will post some pics during the install after this snow storm passes.

Negative, its the 600 watt. I dont think the 1000 watt element is out yet. AirMar had coming soon for this item for almost a year.

Steelhead, you will be surprised how easy of an install it is, I have done 2 so far and they both took less than an hour. You are going to love the performance. Both installs were using Raymarine E-series with DSM 300 and I could hold bottom at all speeds. Good luck.

I've used the 600W Tilted Element ducer on three different boats with the Raymarine DSM 300 - C & E series Displays with GREAT results on the Great Lakes. This has been on three different Contenders. Marking Fish / Holding bottom no issues whatsoever at speeds up to 55 MPH.

Since they came out 2 (3?) years ago, they have become my first recommendation for a Xducer in any application. After about 100 installed, I have had nothing but Great results with them.
