Default standard horizon cp 1000 or garmin 2010c

I bought the garmin my buddy bought horizon
we were comparing the units!!
the garmin is a little more user friendly
BUT the standard horizon has 2 cool options the garmin does not! video in for DVD or camcorder
or underwater camera and when I talk to my
buddy on the vhf my boat appears on his
standard horizon unit!!?? so he can make a way point to me without punching no## why would garmin leave these things out?????
will my radio with the dsc option be able to be linked to my gps so when I talk to other boats I can get there location automaticlly on my gps????
Im new to the game so I hope Im making scence???????????????????????? Bogii

Both units were easy to operate, so that really wasn't an issue for me.
* The cursor moved alot easier and faster
* The screen didn't seem as crowded
* The keys were placed better
* I didn't want a combo unit
* I have the C-Map already
* 3 year warranty
* Easily plugs into my Spectrum VHF

I really don't think that one unit is actually better than the other. It all depends on what you think will work the best for you. Just like buying a new boat !
