Default Mounting Tranducer

How are you alum boat guys mounting a tranducer.Are you drill holes in stern??????????????

Eagle makes (or used to) a transom mount kick-up bracket specifically for aluminum boats. Can usually be adapted to just about any transducer. The eagle model number is XMB-2. Might be available from Eagle or West Marine.
