Default GP1710C - Heading Incorrect at the marina

I finished the installation of my new chartplotter using the GP320B GPS sensor.

Both of my compasses tell me the boat has a heading of 10 degrees while it is tied up in the slip. The furuno indicates 222 degrees.

I couldn't find anything in the manual to correct this. Is this a simple matter of turning the GPS sensor so it matches the compass?

everything I know about gps chartplotters say they have to be moving to output accurate data...go for a run and see what happens....only a heading sensor can output heading data sitting still...
