Default Navman 2100 or Standard Horizon FF41 Fuel Flow Gauges

I am in the process of replacing my old worn out carbed Volvo 5.7L inboard with a new Crusader 5.7L MPI. I decided to go with a combo Tach/Hour meter leaving an open hole in my dash that I can fit either a Navmand or Standard Horizon fuel flow gauge.

My question is that the specs on these units indicate HP ratings up to 300 hp and gph readings up to 36 gph. My new powerplant is rated for 330 HP. I'm looking for feedback about whether these fuel flow gauges are actually compatible w/ my new power. Any thoughts are very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It's the gph you need to make sure you won't exceed and at 36 gph you should be Ok.

If you are going to fuel injection you better call the company. Not all properly work with fuel injection, something to do with the return fuel line.

I'm using a FF41 on a 5.0 GXi Volvo (MPI) with no problem. This engine does NOT use a return fuel line. Wide open fuel consumption is under 20GPH.
