All of a sudden, my Icom 504 VHF in scan mode is beeping at a variety of stations but with no sound from the channel itself. It also is trying to default to the lat/long position screen. I am a very experienced user of Icom VHF radios so it is not a dual, triple, priority or regular scan issue but rather a random stopping on channels, beeping and moving on. Any ideas or is the radio shot?
