Default What Transducer for Furuno GP1971F

What transducer do you suggest for Furuno GP1971f? I would be mounting it on the stern for my Everglades. I mainly use the Chesapeake Bay so I need a transducer with the widest bottom scan as I normally in 25" or less water. Kindly advise price for the transducer you suggest?
Thanks

I run a TM165HW and think it is perfect for the bay. Of course you can even go with the old stand by p66 and use the low frequency for wide coverage

After months of research and talking with every charter boat captain from Rockhall to Solomons including Greg, Bill Judge, Tim the Furuno Rep and Nick Garrott of Sonar Pros, I went with a B285HW with a new GP1971F. I know they make a transom mount version of it but I don't know the Airmar model number of it. I highly recommend reaching out to Nick.

The transom mount of what Tawn got is the TM185HW. It is a 1kw unit.

For transom mount I still would recommend the 600w TM165HW over the 1kw unit for the bay because it not only gives you 5 more degrees of coverage, it saves you a bunch of $ without loss of performance.

The trusty old P66...cost effective and a nice wide cone at 50 k...for your 25' depth it will do the job and not break the bank.
Second choice is the TM165HW.. ..
