Default uniden solara?

Does anyone have any feedback on the uniden solara with dsc? $99 sounds like a deal with the dsc and all, fully submersable as well. Seems like a real deal. How is the speaker?

I purchased the Uniden Solara DSC BK this past summer, but quickly returned it because I found I could buy the UM525 BK for just a few dollars regrets! You just need the real estate to handle the larger face panel of the UM525.
* If you currently have a hole for a VHF radio you best check the hole's dimensions and compare it to that of the UM525' might have to do some alterations, like I did....but I found it to be an easy fix once I got my mind around it.
The one thing I really didn't care for on the Solara was the red flip cap over the DSC button, it was major league cheap IMO....the UM525's flip cap is much better. Other then that I don't know what to tell you, it works and I like the features.
