Default Raymarine es127

I have been upgrading my electronics as of last year, I installed a ES127 and purchased a CP470 that would eventually be connected to a chirp M265 since I already had a M260 in the sump. I was able to connect to the M260 via an adapter cable and all seemed to be fine for several weeks until one day it quit reading bottom. I made every type of reset Raymarine suggested but kept getting the selected sounder unavailable, transducer unavailable. It would let me select the M260 but would switch it after selecting it. I spoke again with Raymarine and they inferred that likely my M260 was bad, so I purchased the new M265 L/H chirp and replaced the M260. I had the CP470 installed and connected to the new M265 chirp and well it doesn't work either. The sonar symbol in at the bottom is grayed out and the ES doesn't even see the CP470. I once again inquired with and to Raymarine and it was suggested that since I was getting 2 amber blinks that I had a connection issue and likely a bad Raynet F to Raynet F cable or weak house battery. Well I have replaced both and still get the same message ( sounder module not connected or not detected. Has anyone out there had any issues with the ES units not seeing the transducer or sounder. VERY VERY frustrated with this situation and the equipment. I keep throwing money at it and haven't gained anything.
