3 separate outputs, or one charger output connected to 3 batteries?

The latter *could* be a bit dicey, especially if one of the batteries is seriously discharged or actually fails (think current when they're connected.)

But, to answer the question, running stuff while charging should pose no problem.

What charger do you have? There are converters--used mostly in RV's. The boat units will use the battery, and then repace the power at the max rate of the charger. I have used low output chargers in the past for at dock side (with the batteries connected). The charger is not a power supply--and must have the battery in the circuit.

Cool, I ordered the bigger one as during the winter we go to catlina alot and use the generator for the microwave and my son has a tv w/dvd, so as long as we can use the batterys and charge at the same time I am ok, and guest told me we can with the 2622A model they sell !

If I try to run my stereo with the charger on I have a lot of RF interference. At some point you're drawing more current than the charger can supply so your batteries are not being charged.
