Default Score! Hawaii Yak Hoo!

Going to Hilo Hawaii in May. I am looking to rent a Hobie paddle kayak and some gear to fish. I own a 2015 PA14 and have lots of offshore experience in the gulf of Mexico in the PA out to 5 miles. I also would really enjoy meeting any locals for an adventure. If anyone has a spare peddle yak and wants to rent, loan or join in please let me know, thanks

When I went to Hawaii, I went on Spearboard.com and Spearfishingplanet.com and looked up the section for that area. Met up with a couple of guys that I went out spearfishing with and gave me great local knowledge of the area, on and off the water. I would go to the same forums as most of those guys either do shore or kayak diving and will know the area very well. Most are willing to help out and will answer questions you may have.
