Good question. I've tried to talk to Bryan who runs (I think) the Coastal Customs shop which I believe is a spin off from IM and no answer or returned phone call messages. Will be interested to hear what kind of responses you get if any...

I called them 3 or 4 days in a row and never got anybody to answer the phone, so I went to their forum area and somebody in my same situation had already started a thread. shortly after Brian responded, texted me and got the answer to the question I was asking.
I think that Mike also responded a little bit after.

Steve is not with International Marine anymore...

Steve has always been responsive to my emails and professional while pleasant to deal with.

I’ve dealt with them on several items and won’t hesitate to do so again.

I also took some time to look at our email server and the last email to any of our email was May 23, 2016.

I also checked our phone system as I log all calls and how they are handled.

Here is what I show:

You called four times on July 6th.

1. 12:40 - Hang up no message
2. 12:41 - Hang up no message
3. 2:20 - Hang up no message
4. 2:21 - Hang up no message

I take these very serious and look into each and every one of these. In the future please leave me a message and I assure you I will call you back even after hours.

I think you misunderstood the purpose of my post. I take each and every concern pretty serious. We get about 50 or so calls from THT guys a week and help
them even though they may have never purchased anything from us. When one of our best customers does not get a return call due to the volume we need to look into why.

The second point is we don’t respond to hang up calls. We simply don’t have the manpower to do so. If you need something reach out to us and leave a message. I also make my cell available so ypu
can get me there as well 24/7.

Not sure what to say... I called multiple time from different numbers to the office number that is on your website. not the 1800 or 1888 the 561..
I chose 1 (I think) for engine sales a couple of times but went to VM, so I tried the other options and would go back to the same message.

I called your cell, and I texted you.
Just mentioning this because you brought it up.
Shortly after I posted in the thread, I got my response. so it is not a big deal...
I was just surprised because it never happened to me, that I would not find anybody there....
