Gentleman as Mike has previously pointed out, we take very seriously the communication and returning of calls, emails, PM's and texts. There was in absolutely no way anyone being cold out. If there is an issue Mike and I both want to identify it and to come up with a solution. It seems that most of the issues here are centered around the last few weeks. Keep in mind that during this time we have reached the end of the Suzuki year, which for every Suzuki dealer is pretty much just this side of controlled chaos. As you can imagine and I mentioned previously, One customer who sends an email, a text, a phone call, and a P. M. That is four sources of communication that we are trying to respond to. Now factor in when that customer calls 3, 4 and 5 times over a couple of hour period during the day.
When when we are on the phone or speaking person to person with another customer we cannot simply stop what we're doing and pick up your call or respond to your text p. M. Or email. Yes I'm sorry that sometimes things fall through the cracks but after all we are only two humans.
Look at it this way do you think that I don't want to take your money and provide you with the goods?

Yes Yes Yes I do remember the text messages you sent me. I am so sorry I dont have you saved in my phone so I had no idea I was speaking to you. As you can see I post my number here and I get a lot (like hundreds) of texts a week from just about everyone. I respond to each of them even if it takes a day or so. Many have nothing to even do what we do but I still try my best to assist if needed. I now have you saved so if you need anything please let me know.

As far as the phones go, there could be an issue with the phone answering system. Sometimes the extensions don’t seem to work and it keeps sending you in a loop where you can’t reach anyone or leave a message. I got so frustrated trying to get through on the phone I left work early to go in person with my toddler. I was told to my face I would have my custom panel last week — crickets. Feel free to pm me but there is a guy working with your son next door that anwers the phone sometimes but he must not deliver messages.

Not making excuses but I know they had some issues with raw material being defective for a very good vendor. ( I know because I helped them get it handled with he vendor). The replacement came in yesterday and they were working late night to get the panels done as soon as possible. I will touch base in the AM and let me you whats up.

Since you're here, Brian are you who I need to talk to about getting a custom panel made? I sent you an email, PM, and posted in a thread that you have since replied to and got no response to any of them.

Send me an email directly and I will get it handled for you. They are backed up as they are doing a lot of OEM panels. I can walk it over and see where you are in the mix. They do about 100 of these a week and it is not like Amazon. They are done one at a time and it takes time........

Please include all your contact info and as much info on the panel as possible. This eliminates any delays. (switch list, your address, dimensions, logos, etc)

They wouldn't have me in the mix yet since I haven't heard anything back and haven't started anything. I'm not in a rush at all but wanted to see if you can make a specific panel I need and the cost/time frame. I completely understand being busy. I sent you an email with what I need.

i dont know if you guys realize how many robo-calls you get daily at a shop.
You think its gotten bad on your cellphone its nothing compared to the business numbers.
nothing worse then running to the phone just for it to be a BS call from "google listings" or whatever the heck they are.
There are times of the day I just let it go to voice mail. I also do not call numbers back that dont leave a message because the robo calls come up as local familiar looking numbers

call a shop, leave a message, and in return you get a phone call back. its a pretty simple system

Brian has been very responsive to my calls getting an re power quotes and now scheduled. I think he answered the phone at least 3/4 of the times I called and returned messages reasonably quick when I left a message. A bit slower on emails sometimes but I can understand because when I get over loaded at work, sometimes emails are not checked as frequently myself. I may go half a day without catching up on emails.
