Yes sir. Here is where we are right now with our own product. I know we get a ton of calls so I will just update everyone here.

1. All Foam in now in stock at our boating warehouse. We have a warehouse latterly filled with foam. all colors.

2. We are now a certified 3M converter and have all 3M adhesives and peel and stick in stock.

3. All machines except for one is here and ready to go. We were advised yesterday that the simeon's motor for the last machine is on back order. We are hopping to get this within the next 45 days. These machines are custom made and we dont want to put a sub substandard motor in the new machine.

4. Once it is done and delivered we will need about 14 days to get everything up and running.

Until then we do have a bunch of foam in stock ready to go right now. If we have your color combo we can turn this around very fast. If not you will have to wit till we are up and running.

Ryan Casey is you best source for pricing and quotations. His email is casey@coastalcustoms.com

I'll be ready to possibly do a set of bolsters when you get up and running.

No problem we have a bunch of colors that are made specifically for us. I will keep you posted here when we have additional news to report.

Mike, can you comment any on the UV qualities of your foam versus the other brands?

I've used seadek and Ocean Grip over the years and the ocean grip stuff just doesn't seem to last. I have a large coffin box pad from ocean grip that is less than a year old (replaced once already under warranty) and it already looks tired. It sees no actual foot traffic or anything of the sort. It just sits there on top of the box. The texture on it is now smooth for some reason and it looks dried out. Same with a cooler pad I actually had made by you all when you were doing Ocean Grip. It just doesn't seem to hold up as well as the seadek products I've used.

The pads all need to be replaced and I'd prefer to give the business to you, but I can't have this level of degradation happen so fast. I saw you mention early on in this thread that each manufacturer can specify their preferred level of UV inhibitors, so I'm curious if that might be my issue.

We have added the UV Inhibitor to ours. You won’t that that issue. We are waiting on our last machine which will be done in the next day or so. We already have a few containers of the foam in stock.

hey mike, do you have anything for a transom wide bracket that will hold up to 2 80lb labs climbing in and out of the boat using a dive ladder. When they climb up the ladder their paws and nails have nothing to grip onto when the reach the top of the metal platform.

Hi Mike,

Will Seafoam dent with deck chairs or rocking chairs?. Is it waterproof, meaning does water leak through it? I am thinking of using it on my porch and want to protect the wood underneath from decay.

Guys we are not in final stages of production. Our last machine has been delivered while we are on vacation in the Abacos. Once we return we just need to schedule the electrician to wire up all the machinery and we will be live. I estimate less then 30 days.

Mike: Could you check with Bryan to see if he still has the template I gave him at thew Palm Beach International Boat show. He was making custom yeti cups behind your display when I gave it to him. He knows me from the Cody days when you guys made my electronics panel as well as Live well lid.

Thanks

Harry

May purchase a 93 mako 261b, have anything for that hull, or a possible cost estimate?
