Mike

I was quite impressed with your response to the problem OP was having with Sea Deck; while I have absolutely no problem with Sea Deck I have been thinking about a helm pad for my Regulator 24 for a while.
I would love to purchase one from you guys.
Thanks

I have the fortune of talking to Mike in person pretty frequently. He is the nicest, most helpful person I know in the boat business. He is the same guy in person as he is here. If anyone has the chance, stop by and meet him.

Our sheets are vary but on average 84 inches long. The usable after routing is about 80 or so. We need a border to make a nice finished edge.

OP, dang - you were praising International Marine's rulers the week before this thread. Why didn't you just order from them in the first place?

Probably would have saved him some time and aggravation. The EVA closed cell foam is not the issue it is how the PSA (Peel and Stick) is sourced and applied. When it goes through the laminator if you pull it to tight when it relaxes you will have the crumpling that others are speaking of here. We only use 3M PSA and it had a thicker backing to eliminate this issue.

IMM,

So what brand is it you carry and under what category can I find it on your web site? Just spent 1/2 hour on your site and couldn't find anything about deck coverings.

Thanks

We are using Ocean Grip. We down have it on our web site as of right now. We are in the process up doing a redesign on the site and then you will see it. It is a more custom offering.

Do you sell the sheet material? Will have the need as soon as my new boat is done.

I've got pieces of both. What I have there is absolutely no difference in the material.
