OK it is official we now have an additional 5000 square feet to accommodate our demand for repowers. This in our eyes is a temporary fix. We are also in the process of designing a new building on our land located at Hypouxo and I95. We plan on being in the new building within 24 months and will make everyone aware of the grand opening.

We will still keep our correct locations for boat rigging and CNC / Laser work.

Lastly: Our engine inventory is growing and we plan on having no less than 100 engines in stock at any given time. Our goal is to have more motors and parts on hand than any other dealer nationwide.

Default New Fleet Vehicles Added

We are adding to our fleet to better perform services on the road. We are now doing services from the Keys to New Smyrna Beach. We went with the Nissan as it had the best warranty and fuel economy. The interior up fitter package keeps everything organized. We still have our F550s to handle haul outs and boat transport.

You Asked and We Listened!

Over the past few months it has come to my attention that we have not provided electronics quotations to members here in a timely manner. While we are truly blessed that we have a backlog as far as our workload this is not the customer experience that is indicative of International Marine.

After carefully analyzing this delay in providing pricing and design the main cause is a direct result of the sheer number of quote requests and the complexity of the systems that we are quoting each and every day. While we appreciate your trust and loyalty we realize that each and every customer also has a choice on whom to choose for their electronics needs. So with that said, in an effort to better serve our fans and the THT community we have addressed this issue head on. International Marine initiated a nationwide search for an experienced full time electronics system designer.

After and exhaustive search and numerous interviews we are please to bring Mr. Brian Koch onboard our International Marine Team. Brian has extensive electronics system design experience and is available to assist you in the proper selection and customization of your system. Please know Brian is no stranger to THT, as he has been provided quality service here for many years and has always provided valuable advice to THT members.

I have listed Brian’s contact information below for your use; please take a second to congratulate him on his new position.

We are always trying to better serve our customers. We have been working day, night, and weekends but it is not working. So to get caught up and we elected to add additional resources to make it happen. It took some time as not everyone is well versed in the proper section and implementation of these systems. In the end our customers will be happy.

Thank you much appreciated. He has hit the ground running for sure. This will also allow us to better explore a location in the North East in the near future.

It'd be awesome to have a location closer to Maryland. I'll be in touch after my tax return to order some stereo stuff and trim tabs.

Got some more good news. We now have a full time receptionist in the event our sales / service staff is on the phone.

Example: In the event our staff is on the phone it will ring to our receptionist. From there you will speak to a live person and they will take a message and get it to the department that is responsible for your request.

If by chance our receptionist is busy then you will get the original person you called voice mailbox.

This will greatly reduce the phone tag that we are experiencing as a result of so many calls and appointments.

Will do sorry for the derail. But think you are a stand up organization for taking some heat, not making excuses and improving. Good luck for future growth.
