Arrow New Suzuki Gauges Pre Order Here

Ok for all of you that have asked. We are doing preorders on the new gauges.

Suzuki has released these in two different versions. One is "Gauge Only", and the other is the "Gauge Kit".

The Gauge Kit is used if you do not have any SMIS gauges on the boat at all. It contains the engine interface cable and other NMEA2K parts to add a gauge from scratch.

http://www.internationalmarineservic...-00c10-kit.htm

The Gauge Only is just the gauge and the mounting hardware of you are removing an SMIS Gauge and installing the new gauge.

Navico built these units with the data provided by Suzuki. Data was provided back to 1998 motors. Suzuki is only supporting 2013 an newer motors. Will they work, yes......will Suzuki put patches out for older than 2013......no

I have a 2007 DF175. You mentioned it will work for these older motors but any idea what hiccups I may encounter?

I don't really think you will have any hiccups. Suzuki is just saying they have not tested it fully. They are being ultra conservative.

The physical dimension is 4 inched wide by 3.9 inches tall. Keep in mind the rear of this unit is round. So it will fit within your standard gauge hole without modification. If you have an SMIS gauge there now it will be about a 5 minute job.

What would you suggest with this dash layout? Replace both gauges with new displays?

Yes that dash is pristine and that is what I would do with mine.

Will these gauges eliminate the need for configuring/calibrating Suzuki interface cables?

Not really, it will make it easier. You will have a USB connection on the back of the gauge that will allow for the upgrades to be done without a Lowrance unit or Laptop.
