International Marine Warranty
 

Dear THT members,

It has come to my attention from a few members that another THT vendor is sending PM's to anyone we speak to about future purchases stating that we may or may not have a factory warranty on items that are purchase from International Marine. This is 100 percent a false statement and in my opinion a pretty desperate move to gain ones business. If any of you have ever purchased or solicited free advice from our company we bend over backwards for each and every one of you and in many cases even if you purchased the product from another vendor.

So in the end, without exception 100 percent of every single product is covered by the standard warranty from each of the manufactures that we represent both at our facility and via our web based store. So take what you read via PM with a grain of salt, we stand behind what we sell well after the sale if the need arises.

Does not surprise me Mike.

You guys have a great reputation and are obviously busy. You sell a great product and back it up with great service. Competitors look to you as a threat and will become desperate and spread falsities. My experience in the business world is this type of conduct comes back to bite them in the azz, big time. Today's consumers are savy, have no fear. I will continue to spread the good word about you and Steve. Later.

Yeah you hit the nail on the head. I also think you are 100 percent correct in what you said that is why it really does not bother me. Hope everything is well on your end and please stay in touch.
