Default DF250 rebuild

I have a 2011 DF250 which got a crack in the head and so had water intrusion into one cylinder (and milkshake oil). The motor is low-hour (~200) and quite clean, compression was 165-170 on all cylinders except for the wet one.

Given that the powerhead is on a stand in a shop, both heads are off, etc. what would you recommend done/replaced at the same time as the head replacement? Oil pump maybe? Something else?
