Default Charter Lakes Marine Insurance- Gulf Branches

If you are in the Eastern side of the Gulf area Contact our Florida Branch (904) 647-5721 ask for Chad

If you are more to the West (281) 452-7800 ask for Brice

Or our Main office (800) 879-2248

Thanks

Where is the line? Confusing post. Makes zero sense. I have CL insurance in the gulf.

What is confusing about the post, makes plenty of sense, just think about it.

I think they use the king mackerel zones.

AG,
Just read my renewal proposal policy. Why does my renewal "new carrier" have 5% theft deductible on the TIV of policy? Current carrier had better terms and forms vs new carrier.

Thanks
Neil

I am sorry but it should not be up to the customer to sort out who gets a commission. I live in Dauphin Island, AL and just confirmed my coverage with CL out of FL today. I have been talking to them for a couple of months and it was never suggested I should be dealing with anyone else. Based on the note above, I still don’t know if I called the right office or the wrong office but that is for them to deal with.

Also, the reason I called Charter Lakes to begin with was because of all the good reports I read on THT.

We have 5 Branch offices around the country, plus our main office. Whichever office is most convenient for you is great. We have great team members at all the locations.

I apologize for creating any unneccessary confusion.

Thank you for being a customer of ours.

I called the 1800 number to renew my coverage yesterday and they transferred me to the right office based on the first 3 letters of my policy number. I don't know which office it was, but it was super easy and transparent.

Charter lakes is super easy to deal with. Every year i talk with the same lady that did my original quote. When its time to renew i just shoot her an e mail and usually within 30 minutes someone calls me to get my payment info. Couldnt be any easier.
