Well they have gone and done it. First they did away with the potato salad and now they have done away with the Austin's Margarita. I knew it was all going to go to hell when folks started showing up with shoes on. And not just shoes high heels no less. I remember when this was just a taco trailer. Robbie would make the fresh Ausitin's (they were named after a guy from Austin TX that worked there and showed them how to make them). They claim they take to long to make and are now just to busy to serve them. What a load of crap.
Now they have something called Tateraide --it anit no Austin's..
Austin's Margarita
Heavy Shot of Patron Silver over ice
One whole fresh squeezed lime
Splash OJ
Splash Sprite
Top with Grand Mariner
Shake
Serve with extra lime and orange slice.

They got new management and fired all the employees who had been there longer than a few months. I think they brought in some lady with 20 years experience in management with Outback and she fired all the long term employees and wanted to start fresh with new people. What a way to reward loyalty; I won't go there anymore.

I eat there a bunch, have no affiliation to it, and can say compared most place, the seafood quality there is extremely high. They buy and serve really fresh fish and most of their menu is very good. That is why you have a lot of locals going there and not places like shrimp basket and tacky jacks that fill their menu with frozen sway and imported trash shrimp. I am glad they got rid of some of the folks. They were busier bs'ing than they were serving.

Temperature affects how you taste food and drink, if it is cold it's harder to taste. So if the sashimi is super cold it covers up the great taste of the expensive, high grade, super fresh tuna you just paid to eat, which defeats the point of ordering sashimi. It's the same reason why you don't drink wine straight out of the freezer. Store it cold, let it warm towards room temp then serve it. I sear my tuna steaks but hey to each their own!
