Hooked up a good sword and lost him a little over 3 hours into the fight. Still a great experience.

From the camera angle that fish is much larger than it appears (not that it looks small). Hate he got away!!!!

I thought I saw you on HWY 49 north of Hattiesburg Sunday afternoon when I was coming back from working at my camp, not many big Twin Vee's going down the road in that part of the country. What a Bummer, what happened hook pull, line break? I bet it was a Great Experience but still a Heart Breaker!

Default dangit

Pic two seems like a chip shot with a harpoon : That totally sucks to have it that close and come off : Been there done that with a few swords that shook off at the boat just out of poon range , and a few toad tuna fish that just didn't want to die :

Seems i remember the losses so much better than the kills: Same with hunting :-)

here's the sliver lining , you obviously figured out how and where to hook them in day time so get back on it !

Have harpoon, will travel (and will sit quietly in the corner all day waiting to go primal on a seamonster)
