Plan out where batteries will go, the breaker (I use the breaker as a power switch but I'm going to add a battery switch instead).
Plan your power to bow cable run.
I had my batteries installed, cable run all that stuff prior to the TM arriving and I still have been fighting for time in the evenings and weekends to finish it up to my satisfaction.

yep. My install will be pretty easy. I have a place down in my console that is perfect for three batteries along with running the wire up to the anchor locker.

also, if you are not already on the waiting list, get on it.
Mary from Rhodan told me a lot of people are opting out because they lost their boats, their homes, or both in Hurricane Michael...and now the TM is low on their priority list. This is making the waiting list shorter.

I have 3 31's and it lasts forever. Multiple day trips. You could probably get away with 27's

I put one on my 26 glacier bay and have been really impressed so far. Pulls it along at 3.6 mph in calm water. No issues with deploying or stowing so far. I think it will be a game changer for trout, snapper and tarpon.

I put three of the below batteries in mine to run my 36v Rhodan. They are not cheap as I did not want to have any issues with low power when offshore. Have not been able to run them down yet.

VMAX MR127-100 12V 100Ah AGM Deep Cycle Marine

Do you have any pix of your installation? I am planning on installing a Rhodan 84" on my 2006 2665

I wanted the batteries and noco charger to be placed in console. When I picked up boat I was surprised to find they had been placed in the forward port side anchor locker. I thought the console would be a drier and more easily accessible location. I was also worried the weight of the batteries on one side of the bow might cause some list in the cat. Luckily, there is no noticeable list and I don't plan to use my anchor at all anymore. I think that if I did, the wet rope being in the same compartment with the electrical components would cause the corrosion to happen faster than normal.

No sir. Those are on backorder through the manufacturer and no one has them in stock. They are about 10 weeks out.
