for the live bait challenged crew (of which I consider myself a member) there's nothing more humbling than when VHF cracks to life between charter guys at about 11 a.m. (after I've watched them catch fish for 2 hours) and they say "I'm running low on bait....I only got about hundred left"......someday my day will come.

I found hornbellies and some threadfin in east bay both days i went there, thursday and monday. Pogies are where Striker said. Saw lots of schools of threadfin in 2-400 ft on the way in tuesday.

Hornbellies do appear to be Atlantic Bumper. Just googled it.
